The Algonquin College Singapore Slings would like to thank everyone who sponsored one of our paddlers. Together you helped us raise $7,941.99 for the Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation. Overall, the festival raised $331,000, which is going to be of tremendous help to the recipient charities.

And a special shout out to our Grand Dragon, Shala, who raised $1,443.99!

The Singapore Slings are proud to announce that they are the winners of the 2011 Hospitality & Tourism Challenge Cup at the 2011 Tim Horton's Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival. We paddled the 500m race in 2:25.41, which was the fastest time in the challenge cup by about 9 seconds!
